Collina Farm House
Enjoy the privacy and comfort of a unique home with the added privileges of all the amenities provided by the Clifton by renting out the Collina Farm House. All 4 bedrooms have private bathrooms with beautiful stand up showers. The house has its own kitchen that is fully equipped for meals “at home” or stroll along a wooded path to dinner at the Inn. General Terms and Conditions
All room rates are based on a maximum of 2 adults per room. A fee of $50 per person, per night will be added for additional adults (age 8 and up). Check-in time if 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. A 15% service charge and 10% tax are additional*. Rates are subject to change.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to change or cancel your reservation you may do so, without penalty, at least seven (7) days prior to arrival. However, if you cancel or change your reservation within the seven (7) days prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited and the total amount of your stay will be charged. All cancellations will be subject to a $25 handling fee.
Pet Policy
Clifton will be delighted to welcome your furry friend; pets are allowed in some of our accommodations. A fee of $75 per stay will be charged.
*15% fee includes all service charges for afternoon tea, as well as housekeeping and luggage. 10% fee includes local and Virginia state taxes.
