General Terms and Conditions
All room rates are based on a maximum of 2 adults per room. A fee of $50 per person, per night will be added for additional adults (age 12 and up). Check-in time if 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. A 15% service charge and 10% tax are additional*. Rates are subject to change.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to change or cancel your reservation you may do so, without penalty, at least seven (7) days prior to arrival. However, if you cancel or change your reservation within the seven (7) days prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited and the total amount of your stay will be charged. All cancellations will be subject to a $25 handling fee.
Pet Policy
Clifton will be delighted to welcome your furry friend; pets are allowed in some of our accommodations. A fee of $75 per stay will be charged.
*15% fee includes all service charges for full complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea, as well as housekeeping and luggage. 10% fee includes local and Virginia state taxes.
